Firespring’s three-phase campaign for Papillion Sanitation informed City of Bellevue residents about the new trash and recycling program, prompted residents to select their new trash cart sizes and educated them on how to use their new carts.

The opt-in phase of the campaign had an 81% response rate with 13,124 of 16,176 households selecting their cart size by the deadline. Throughout the campaign, all media placements performed well over industry benchmarks.
